How do I receive my purchase?
Delivery is automatic. It will take 5-10 minutes in order for your purchase to be processed and eventually delivered. Please don't spam dm staff or spam chat asking where your rank is.
I paid but didn't get my package. What now?
First, fully quit Minecraft and rejoin the server, then give it a couple of minutes. If it's still missing, open a ticket in our Discord with your transaction email or ID and we'll sort it out fast.
What payment methods can I use?
Checkout is handled securely by Tebex. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are all supported. We never see or store your card details.
Can I buy a rank for a friend?
Yes. When you add a package, tick "This is a gift for another player" and enter their Minecraft username. The package is delivered to them instead of you.
What is a rank upgrade?
If you already own a rank, an upgrade lets you jump to a higher tier by paying only the difference in price. You don't re-buy from scratch.
Are boosts server-wide?
Yes. Every booster (and booster pack) is global, so the whole server benefits while it's active.
Do purchases carry over after a reset or new season?
Every rank is permanent and will carry over to other servers/seasons we create.
