When we will help
If you were charged but did not receive your package due to an error on our side, contact us in Discord within 7 days and we'll either deliver it or issue a refund.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute instead of contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from the server and store. If something's wrong, please just open a ticket. We're happy to help.
Mistaken purchases
